Fundraisers raise money. High performing fundraisers should raise even more money for the organisations they serve.
The High Performing Fundraisers research project undertaken by Global Philanthropic and The Rogers Group was able to identify the attributes of high performing fundraisers (HPFRs). The study also looked at how to recruit for HPFRs and how to manage them when they are on your team.
